Discussion of the evening reserved exclusively for members of the Press Club de France and I will speak in a discussion with its director Isabelle Bourdet.

This is an opportunity to present the case of sole victims of bad buzz, including the Nestle company has been the subject of a major attack from Greenpeace on March 17. It wanted to denounce the use of palm oil in its chocolate bars. The attack carried out exclusively on the Internet and launched simultaneously in over 20 countries, has generated a lot of noise on the canvas and a lot of damage to society that Nestlé was not prepared.
We discuss other cases of businesses suffering from bad buzz on the Internet: Kryptonite Lock, Vichy / L'Oreal, Apple Inc.., HSBC London and Domino's Pizza.
Through these examples, we discuss new challenges for brands and learn the lesson and possible precautions.
