Posted January 14, 2010 by Franck Perrier
Orange Valley and Idaos makers meet to discuss issues of transmedia: opportunities and challenges, examples of successes or failures, partnership models
and business models, interest in your brand, procedure, type of speech.
Transmedia is the opportunity for a brand to create and tell a story that develops differently according to media: mobile, web, TV, Movies, ... and so to address diverse and multiple targets in time. Transmedia is a vector of innovative brand communication. It originated in the U.S. and in need of advertisers to reach their targets in ways less advertising. It takes into account the growth of the Internet on home computers, office and on the mobile and the emergence of participation (2.0) viewers. It is linked to other underlying trends such as storytelling or brand content, you may be aware.
Orange and Idaos accompany this shift toward developing programs that meet the new demands of consumption. Transmedia Orange Lab aims to introduce this new creative spark and promote these new forms of creation combining television, web, mobile and video games: it is a catalyst transmedia projects. Idaos is a consulting firm specializing in the transfer of brands to digital technology and innovation in new discourses and new platforms, particularly social networks.
